TOP Rated Plus Badge is for Large Clients?

Hello Upwork Community,

I hope you guys doing well, I am confused with one thing I thought I should share here.

I got a Top Rated Plus Badge a few months ago, Today I was talking to my client about one project where he was explaining to me project by sharing his computer screen, I saw my profile was there as a TOP RATED not TOP RATED PLUS, I took the screenshot (Screenshots Attached)  and contacted with support about why he see my profile as TOP RATED but not TOP RATED PLUS, and the team said this badge will be only visible to Large client, It does not make any sense, that is earned badge and should display to everyone. This should be visible to everyone just like other badges.

I will also request from the community moderators send this to Management for consideration.
