A longstanding client has just tried to start a new contract but all I can see is "The contents of this message may violate Upwork policy. Visit our Trust, Safety & Security Page for more information." I think it was a website that she was asking me to proofread - but I can't find any further information on the page that the message sends me to. How can we resolve this?

Upwork can now choose at its discretion—likely via some algorithm—not to deliver client messages that "may" violate policy?
What fresh hell is this?
