I work very hard to please my clients and 99% give me a 5 rating.
I have had few be very happy with my work but for whatever reason will give a 5 star rating minus one star.
When that happens my rating drops a point; YET when I have 5 stars from many newer client ratings my ratings do NOT go back up!
How is that a fair rating system???
I would really appreciate someone taking this seriously and seeing how we freelancer can be better served with this.
