What does this mean? Any advice on next step. Its my first order i dont want to miss this opportunity

how did it get solved? I'm facing the same problem and it's my first job in upwork and I don't want to lose it

Same thing happend to me last night. I am on Upwork more than 8 years and this never accured to me. 

It's my steady client and one of many projects we are on. Why is this happening? Could be something with network as I am at the moment in other country?

I checked the offer you mentioned and I am unable to see any issue that should prevent you from accepting an offer. Could you please tell us more about the error you get while trying to accept an offer?
