Thumbnails do not appear in all my completed work

In customer feedback about the work I've done. Some responses contain thumbnail images of the work, but most reactions do not have thumbnails. I want thumbnails so potential customers will judge me more for my work.

How to make every project show thumbnails. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Hi Chung,

Looks like you're referring to linking to past contracts. You can link items to past Upwork contracts. These items will be displayed more prominently and help build your credibility in the marketplace. We’ll automatically email the client when a portfolio item has been linked, giving them three days to reject it before the item will be publicly linked to their history. You can find more information about it here.

Do I have to do it as soon as the contract ends? The work completed long ago could no longer be found.
