Top Rated Badge Issue

Need Help!

As per Upwork's guidelines, I have fulfilled all the criteria necessary to earn the Top-Rated badge.

My JSS is 100% and I have earned more than $1000 and maintained availability and completed other requirements but in recent fortnight review by Upwork, I wasn't awarded the badge. Can see someone from support team help me. I am very worried and anxious.

Hi Abid,

Looking at your account, I can see that you are in fact very close to obtaining the Top-Rated badge. Part of the criteria that I can see you are missing is that your first project on Upwork needs to be from more than 90 days ago. The badge will be automatically assigned to your account 24-48 hours after meeting all of the criteria. You can check this help article to learn more.

I am facing same issue, even got 10K+ and around 6 months on Upwork still stuck with this issue and technical team is so slow they are unable to resolve my issue
