Top Rated Badge

I don't receive a Top Rated Badge, I meet all the criteria for being a Top Rated but I am not yet.

How can I earn my badge? I have no recent account holds, more than $1k earned in 12 months, and 100% complete profile 13/16 eligible weeks.

But the Top Rated badge still not showing on my profile. Thank you
