Top Rated status and Job Success Score

I've read all that could find on this topic, but still don't get when Upwork actually reviews freelancers without Job Success Score. In the docs it says that it's generally after 5 projects, and I've finished more than 5. I have also earned over 1k on UpWork, all my reviews are 5 stars, and all the jobs are done on time.

Aside from that, all the tests relevant to my expertise and the skills I said I posses are done successfully. Now, I still don't get Job Success Score calculated, and no Top Rated badge.

What is your profile completeness? It needs to be 100%

Ah - and you need $ 1000+ 12 months earnings, it seems to be$ 500 on your screenshot

You have a Job Success Score...  It's 100%

You will become top rated when you had 13 out of the last 16 weeks at a JSS of 90% or more You can find where you are at any given time on your My Stats page.

Sorry about JSS, I didn't really know that's how it's represented. As for Top Rated Eligible Weeks, I don't understand: I can have Top Rated badge when it's 13/16 but I now have 16/16 . Does the number go backwards?

It looks like it doesn't count approved milestones for current job, but only once the whole job is done. Anywho, is the process automatic? As in, once I'm done with the job and client leaves a review and marks it completed, will it be instantly added to my profile, or it needs to go under review?

Once the funds have gone through the system and you have $ 1000 12 month earnings it will be automatic - (24 - 48 hours)

It does not matter if the job is open or closed, but the funds have to have been processed  - so if you have enough including a recently released milestone, it should update when the funds move from Pending to Available.

Thanks, Petra. So, probably once it goes out from Pending to Avaialable. Thanks so much for explaining.

Unrelated question, though, for Goran V.:is it your job to reply to posts even though you've nothing more to tell? Because it's kinda too much to see another same response for each of the questions I asked.

Yes, it is Goran's job to respond to questions (not mine, I'm just a freelancer like you,) and sometimes two people type responses at the same time... Better two answers thannone, right?

Hi Milos,

Yes that is correct. If you`re referring to mine and Petra post about the earnings we posted at the same time. Additionally, as in this case if we Moderators see that another community member has already shared the correct information we will not comment, we may add an additional comment sharing a help article if it's needed.
If you have any additional questions let me know, thank you.

Hi Milos,

Among other requirements you will need to have at least $1000 earnings in the past 12 months in order to become a Top Rated freelancer.
To learn more about this and view the full list of requirements, check out this Help Article. Thank you.

Hey guys,

Can you please tell me if I'm working on just a single client and that's an ongoing project and all of my requirements are fulfilled regarding top-rated seller besides JSS since I only have one client so far and that too is still going, so does that makes me ineligible for the top-rated seller, I have the rising star badge from quite some time and my 16-week mark is also completed today!

Thanks much
