I've reached my Top Rated by Jan 2024 and really glad about it. It's just that I'm in an Agency and the Agency had this problem witihin which I dont know the details of. I ended up got downsized and got that Top Rated taken away from me per information from the Agency Leader
Question :
1. How does Agency work anyway ? Why did the Agency matter have any effect on my condition ?
2. If I lost my Top Rated(just 2 points away though), how and how long do I need to increase it again ?
3. If I already increase it (now it's 91%). How and how long do I need to wait until my Top Rated back ?
Any help is much appreciated.
