Top rated and job success score

Hello, I have had a rising talent badge for a long while now, and my top rated eligibility is at 16/16, I noticed today that I have been given a job success score@ 100% and I still have my rising talent badge, wanted to know if that was possible, and why have I not gotten the top rated badge yet, I have met all the criteria.

I have been qualified for a week now, just got the job success score today though.

Please keep in mind that having a Job Success Score is one of the requirements as well. You will need to fulfill all of the requirements listed Here in order to be eligible to receive the Top Rated badge. 

Once you're eligible, please be patient for up to 48 hours for the badge to be awarded on your profile. Thank you.
