Tracking app security questions regarding confidentiality of screenshots

I was wondering what the security is for the screenshots taken by the tracking app? Who has access to them? My client was wondering, because sometimes the testing process requires that I have access to proprietary information, and also enter my password, which in some cases is visible on the screen.
