Trying to Verify ID

Uploaded my photo but unable to get photo identified. My face is clearly within the oval but it says my face is not detected. Mobile photo ID was also not working. What do I do?

Try a photo with more contrast between you and the background.

Thank you but I want my computer to take the photo. It asks me to put my face in the oval. I can clearly see my face in the oval, but the message says the camera cannot see me.
