UPWORK PORTAL SERVICE LEVELS

Now Upwork is a fully paid service portal for all communities (customers & freelancers). It is high time Upwork issues Service Levels for all services that are under their purview. Following are the few that are suggested :-

 

(A) Availability percentage of complete portal / partial services (including timesheet / conference ) under the Portal

(B) Response and resolution to issues raised by community member

(C) Payment remittances to freelancer community

(D) Customer financial account updation

(E) Profile security adherence 

(F) Profile statistics updation

(G) Code of conduct violation

(H) Customer refund claim

(J) Freelancer's claim on customer etc.

 

It is recommended that Service Levels are published and reported based on the frequency determined in the service levels.

 

I am confident that Upworks’ community confidence will increase with this step.
