US $ Account

Hi,

I am new here and am based in Canada, and my bank account is with CIBC. I also have a US $ account with the same bank. I am unable to add this US $ account to the payment methods for US account. I am entering the Routing number but it says it's invalid although i have checked and am entering it correct. Can anyone please throw some light on this and can share your experience.
