Unable to Submit Proposals on Upwork

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue where I'm unable to submit proposals on Upwork. Every time I try to submit a proposal, I receive an error message saying, "There was a problem submitting your proposal. Please try again later." I've tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, but the issue persists. Can someone please advise on how to resolve this? Thank you!

Actually this isn't my main account. I am having this issue on my main account where I have worked over 3 years.
