Unable to send proposals

Hello.i was just starting to use on Upwork.but after i have sent a few proposals currently when i try to send it says no connects and i cant send.so may u helo me in fixing z probelm?

If you've run out of connects, then you need to buy more. But first, you should fix your profile. You're required to use a photo of your face as your profile image. Also, you cannot offer to do students' homework for them - it's unethical and against Upwork's terms of service.

Thanks for reaching out. Please keep in mind that if you do not have the required number of Connects, you won't be able to send a proposal. To purchase additional Connects:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Memberships & Connects
3. Click Add More Connects

Once you’ve selected the bundle you wish to purchase, click Add Connects and your account will automatically be charged.
