Hello Upwork support,
I am not able to upgrade my membership plan. The options do not show up. I have been trying to get in touch with a live agent, however, the live chat is so pathetic that it brings me back to the same AI generated response. Please help in this regard.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your profile and buying Connects. I see that you are an exclusive member of your agency. As an exclusive agency member, you work on Upwork only as part of the agency; you can't use your individual Connects balance, purchase additional Connects for your freelancer profile, or change your current membership. You use the Agency's Connects balance when submitting proposals.
If you wish to purchase Connects as an individual freelancer and submit proposals, you may update your agency membership settings to non-exclusive. To learn more, you can visit this helpful article.

Hi, thanks for the detailed response. We have downgraded our agency membership plan. Do we need to wait until the subscription cycle of the current month ends on the agency profile? As I still cannot see the membership options on my personal profile.
