Unlink Payoneer Account

Hello, I need to unlink the Payoneer Account added to my Upwork Account.

The thing is, I lost access to that Payoneer Account and I don't think I can recover the access, so I can't login into that Payoneer Account to ask to the Payoneer Customer Support to unlink my Upwork account from my Payoneer Account.

So, what can I do?
