Upwork Desktop is not starting after login in ubuntu

hi im using ubuntu and i have issue with upwork desktop time tracker app. the issue is when i login upwork desk top app it gives me welcome message and not opens after login. i have tried many solutions like reinstall the app and installed beta version and i haven't found any work around . please assist me to resolve this issue

I have opend the ticket last night around 17 hours ago no one from support reached me so i posted the issue here.

Can you let me know exactly how much time it will need to resolve the issue.?
