Is there no longer an ability to engage in live chat for 'Help and Support.' Over the course of the last few years, I have noticed periods in which one could have chat or phone in and then periods where you could for short stints not phone in and then could again phone in and this may be based on availablity or hours or whatever the case may be. Nonetheless, I always recall being able to chat most of that time live with upWork to discuss an issue. Is this a feature that has been removed?
