Hello, I just got a Freelancer Seller Plus, and I would like to attend a meeting with Upwork Coach one-to-one. When I try to click Book Now, I see Upwork wants me to pay for it  a certain price. It allows me to only attend a meeting that is with a group. How can I get a free meeting from one Upwork coach

One-on-one coaching is a paid service independent of your current membership. However, you can sign up for different versions of coaching at no additional cost, such as Weekly Office Hours.
