Upwork Proposal View Success

Hi Upwork Team Members,

I've applied for numerous jobs and got hired for all those jobs for which my proposal was seen only once. I've also used connects boost option but even then my proposal seen chances are 1 out of 50 proposals. I'm also using Upwork Pro Membership for better results but even after completing 5 projects successfully, I didn't get any badge or success rate on my profile.

Attached is the screenshot of my proposal success rate and percentage for reference.

Any senior member can guide me Pls as I'm wasting all my money on connects but my proposals didn't get noticed or seen by any buyer.
