Upwork account suspension

Hello.

I am a new freelancer and started freelancing on Upwork.

A few days ago, my account got suspended, they said that I changed Upwork profile name so wanted to verify if I am an owner of my account.

I followed their instructions and uploaded the documents required for verification.

They said that they would get back to me within 24 hours but I didn't get any response from them for 2 days.

So I sent the request to them but there was no response. So I decided to have a video verification (I already got the notification from them to have a verification but didn't do it because my account got suspended soon). But the agent said that can't  do it as my account got suspended.

I resent the request via open ticket but still no response. I am waiting for their response for 4 days!!!

What should I do?

Now I stay at home laways because of coronavirus so I decided to work as a frelancer but it's a really bad experience.

Is there somone who can help me?

Please please help me.
