What does means for Blue and Gray Lighting bold for Boosted Proposal?

Hello Upwork Comunity
                                            I need you help about Upwork boosted system. I have applied to jobs WITH BOOST ACTION but when went to see my proposal history where I see a diffirence between Blue Boosted Propsal and Gray Boosted Proposal. While there, gray lighting bolt boosted proposal are in more number. 

So, I know light bolt symbol is used for booted proposal but what blue and gray light bolt stand for? Please see attached screenshot to understand what I am saying?

There is a text next to the lighting bolt. Next to grey it says: boost outbid. Other people bid more than you.

Outbit means my bid will appear after the freeancer who send there bosted proposal earliaer I means firrst come firsrt serve? and also Outbid have what place in all proposal to job Imeans It will be place below not-boosted proposal?

Also Outbid boosted proposals have less chance to win a job than blue boosted proposal/not-boosted proposal?
