What should happen with JSS if remove the employee from agency?

I have the question: what should happen with the agency JSS if remove a non exclusive employee with bad reviews and what should happen with the agency JSS if remove an exclusive employee with bad reviews?

Will it be some positive or negative effect to agency JSS?

Yes, I know. It was the question only. I learn the opportunity of creating an agency.

 I do not know its answer but logically there should not be a short cut for an agency to get rid of poor past performance indicators by just getting rid of a member.

The choice of chosing an unprofessional freelancer  and assigning them a project should reflect on the agency.
