Why Top Rated eligible weeks decreasing?

Hello, there.

I am currently working on Fixed Contract. Not getting hourly jobs.

I can check my Top Rated eligible weeks decreasing every week. Also my JSS still same. I am getting good 5 star review for last contracts.

Why JSS still same from last few weeks and why Top Rated eligible weeks decreasing?

Please, I'd like to know why this is happening.

Hi Samir,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to let you know that Job Success Score is calculated every two weeks. You may want to check this help article to see what can affect your JSS. Additionally, in order for the number of eligible weeks to increase, your non-eligible weeks will need to be "pushed out" of the past 16-weeks. Once this happens, the number of eligible weeks will start increasing, provided you meet the requirements. If an eligible week falls off of the calculation each week, the total number of eligible weeks won't increase. You can find more information here.
