Why am I not getting any profile views?

 PLEASE HELP! Attached is my stats page on upwork. My proposal doesn't seem to get viewed. My profile Also die not get views even though visibility is set as public. 

Here are some issues I noticed with my account:

1. I can't find myself in search, when I search for freelancers under my niche.

2. The link to my profile doesn't Display my account when someone clicks on it from outside upwork.

I'm starting to think the 'public' visibility doesn't work for me. 

I've written to support countless times, they always claim it has been resolved.

Stop doing that. Everything is working as designed. Your profile is visible and can be found in search results. 

Your stats indicate that your proposals are not good enough for clients to click on them, specifically the first two lines.

If I were you I'd also update your profile photo... something a little more close up of your face...
