Tracker wont connect

It's been an hour but my tracker still states connection lost even if I have an internet connection. I have restarted the app multiple times. I have shut down my computer as well but still the same issue. Does anyone have this issue at the moment?

Hi Katrina,

 

Thank you for your message. I am unable to replicate any issue with the Desktop App. Could you please check your internet connection and restart your Desktop App? You may want to restart your modem and PC/laptop to check if that helps restore your connection issue. Feel free to message us if problems persist.
