Why am I not top rated anymore?

My profile became TOP RATED on 22 sep, but now batch has been removed from my profile, why is that?
Please someone help !!

Go to your My Stas page

What does it say for: 

Recent account holds? (Needs to be 0)

Profile completeness? (Right at the bottom, needs to be 100%)
