My time tracker has crashed three times and three times I have sent Upwork a crash report. It is very inconvenient for me as well as to my client. I am not allowed manual time and for me to have to ask my client for that three times is unacceptable. I have not heard back from Upwork about my crash reports and would like to hear back from you ASAP because my client would like to know as well.

Melinda - Something is going on with the time tracker but I have not figured out what. For the last few days, whenever I try to start the tracker, it gets stuck and will not start until I force quit it. Then, when I try again to start it, it does start and while using it, it does not stop. This never used to happen to me.
