Why is Microsoft Certification displayed differently than all other certs?

When you click 'Add Certification', there is only one option for Microsoft cert where you put in the Transcript ID and Access Code into the box once. This is in contrast with other vendors where their individual cert is an option from the drop-down choices when clicking 'Add Cert...'.

E.G. AWS, Cambridge English, Cisco, CompTIA, Google Ads, Hubspot, Linux Professional Institute, Magento, MongoDB, Oracle, Red Hat, Salesforce, Zend, and Zendesk.
