Wire transfer to wise account

What address information should I fill in this field? Is it asking for my wise bank address or my residential address on my wise account?
I'm trying to wire transfer to my euro wise balance, 
I would like to get guidance on this matter.

The Address i fill out must match the address registered on my wise account , is that what you mean?

i fear not have a problem with the transfer, just to make sure i fill out correctly.

Nahom, it should be the residential address associated with the account. If there are any issues with your account after you've added it, you will be notified on how to resolve it.
