Won AAA Dispute: Money does not show in escrow

Hi all,

maybe one of you can help. Ich had a client who refused to pay for my work, closed the contract and therefore the money in escrow. I immediately filed a dispute which was passed on to AAA. I won the case, but - there is no money in escrow, nor does my dispute with the client shoe in the dispute center.

On mailing the upwork AAA mail, I get no response.

My question is: Where is the money currently held and when is Upwork paying me?
