Dear support team at Upwork,
On the 13th of July, I have withdrawn money from my balance on Upwork and transferred it directly to my local bank account. I have received an e-mail, as usual, telling me that my payment was processed and I'll receive the money shortly. It has been over 5 business days and I still havent received the transfer. This doesn't usually happen. Could you please investigate the problem?
