I recently did some work for a client, according to Upwork's rules (contract sent and accepted). I completed the service and the client approved the payment.
Last week I went to look and the work was listed as "suspended" by the Upwork team, as the client's account is under investigation and I can't contact anyone.
How can I do it? Well, I did all the work.

Usually you don't need to do anything. If the work has been submitted and the payment was released, you're done with the job and you will get paid as usual. But if you still have more work to deliver that hasn't been paid yet, you need to wait until the client sorts out his/her problem with Upwork and is able to continue the project. So don't submit any work until the client's account is back in good standing.
