I would like to present a problem that is happening to me, but I'm not sure if it is happening with everyone on the platform.
I am setting my audience as web dev and frontend development and often I see people proposing work that includes other areas, like backend development or web design, wouldn't it be better if the rule was to match only the selected audience, and not audiences that match multiple areas? Or you could add an option to select multiple areas on your audience configuration, this way if the freelancer wants more than one, he can choose if he wants to.
Another thing I would like to add is that it is very annoying having people click on your ad, you sometimes spend like 4-5 dollars for that click, and these people are proposing months of work for 100 dollars. There must be a setting to configure the budget of the audience, it's not like Upwork does not have that information from the audience like it is the case from other platforms like Google ads, Facebook ads, etc...
