I got an offer unfortunately I cannot accept it. I wonder why I cannot accept where my client sent me offer.

Hi MD ABU,
Your client will need to add an address to their account. Your client will need to go to their Settings, click on the "My Info" page, scroll down to the Company Contacts section of that page and add their address from there. Once added, you should be able to accept their offer.
