I am trying to withdraw my earnings but I got this message
We have processed your payment request submitted on 08-Jun-2016. Unfortunately, your payment could not be completed and funds were returned to your Upwork account
It just worked. According to live chat there was an issue with PayPal.
Tried again and got an error: To protect against duplicate transactions, you may not withdraw the same amount twice in the same day.
Please enter another amount
I had to withdraw one cent less than the full amount, which is now in my PayPal account.
I have received the same message. Something must be wrong with Upwork's payment process. I just hope it isn't down for as long as it was last time as I have bills to pay.
The issue with PayPal that some of you experienced earlier today has been resolved. Please, let us know if you run into further issues.
