As Martina shared here, at this time, you will not be eligible for the Rising Talent program because you already have a Job Success Score. Once you have enough work history on Upwork, your Rising Talent status is replaced with a Job Success Score (JSS). Take note that not all freelancers will be part of the Rising Talent program. Some will proceed to get a Job Success Score and skip the program altogether. This is okay and is working as designed.
Now that you have earned a Job Success Score, you can start working toward Top Rated status.
