Hallo, i have balance but i can not buy connects, because the system won't let me without a promo code (which I do not hab). Can you please help me?!

Hi Tina,

Are you receiving any errors on your end? There's no need to add anything in the Promo Code field. All you need to is click on Add Connects > Select the Bundle you would like to purchase and click on the green button on your end.
If you`re still unable to purchase more connects, let me know. Thank you.
