Hi Support. How are you?

 

Could you let me know why this contract remain in my profile yet? I have attached files. 

This Client was fake and spam so Upwork paused this contract.

 

Please let me know so that I can get more job easily.

Hi Artur,

 

I'm sorry to learn about this experience you had with a client. I took a closer look at the job you're referring to and confirmed that the contract is on hold because we are reviewing a problem with your client's account. You cannot continue to bill that client through Upwork until the issue is resolved. 

 

This could happen for various reasons, but we are not allowed to disclose any details about your clients' accounts for confidentiality and privacy reasons.

 

I've shared your concern with the team about this contract being displayed on your profile work history. I'll keep this thread posted with updates whenever the team responds. 

 

Additionally, there's no restriction on your account, and it's completely active. You can still submit proposals to potential clients.
