How I can dispute an active contract.

I have delivers the work but the client will ill intetion not accepting the payment request.

Yeah. I see you are a lawyer and therefore everything is a dispute. 

This isn't. Just wait 14 days from submission to get paid.

I had delivered the motion as per the clients requiremnts , the client further asked to do the decalartion and I also did that , 

and then when I asked him to release the payment he refused , after that day whenever I made request for payment he ask for change with no any reason and requirements.

I need assistance to release acrive milestone.
