Client offered me an hourly contract and gave me an expense reimbursement payment of $700.00.
I accepted the contract because the expense reimbursement payment when I accepted the contract was not there.
And the client is disappeared, our conversation is gone, he disappred in Upwork.
I stop working on his project right away after I noticed our conversation is gone.
Is that mean upwork will deduct my income from other projects to pay him?
