extra connects refund

i am a new freelancer, and i added these 20 extra clients by accident, which cost me 20 dollars, is it possible to go back and get 20 dollars?

Hi Omnia, 


Unfortunately, connects are only returned to your account if the client or Upwork closes the job post. However, if your proposal was declined, the connects will not return to your account. 

 

Based on your connects history, you only used up 2 connects on your recent job proposal. You actually purchased an additional 20 connects, giving you a total of 90 connects.

I think she means the purchase was a mistake, and is wanting to return the 20 connects to get her money back.
