i cant get paid

I am using the method of withdrawl direct to local bank.

When i click on get paid it shows me the message that "Congratulation you have successfully withdrawn fund" but at the same time another notification is recieved "Your payment could not be processed" 

"Payment method has been disabled"

please reslove this issue.
