verify bank account

I contact cx support one week ago and they give me a solution that it didnt work and it say

The page that this link open is the comunity forum, so its no helpful at all! 

 
I already called the bank and they didn't receive these 2 deposits, something really weird because I did the same process with another company and it works well.  And I cannot send a voided check because I don't live in the USA. I just have this account in the USA but I live in Colombia.
it cannot be that difficult to get paid when the account is under my name.

yeah but how can I acces to my support ticket ? becasue I cannot see anything on my account and the link that they sent me on the mail it doesnt work.
