identity verification

Hello, I have an Upwork account I am getting paid through Upwork direct contracts. for the first time it needed my identity verification I uploaded my identity card it got verified. Now after 3 or 4 months it again requires identity verification this time i am uploading my id card but it is not verifying i also uploaded a passport but zero results. can customer support help me resolving this issue.
