job success

Hello!

I noticed that my job success suddenly dropped from 97% to 93% last month without any reason (in that period I didn't close any contract, and I didn't get any feedback from my clients).
I hope to get an explanation for that as soon as possible.

Obviously, there was a reason for your JSS to drop.

Some of your past jobs are probably falling outside of the time frame and are no longer considered in the calculation.
