Ever since I posted a request to close my account on a thread I have been inudated with everyone else's request. I tried to close my account as was instructed but could not and that is why I asked through the community channel.This is obviously a major issue and Upwork should provide a source of direct help . Can someone from the Upwork team please reach out to me directly to solve these issues?
