messages are not loading on desktop

when I click on messages on my desktop, It loads forever. I use Chrome,

I have tried everything on the help article, but it's not fixed yet.

Please fix it ASAP

My Upwork messages at the desktop are not loaded. I have cleared the cache and tried another browser also. Nothing helped!
